Thank you for shopping with Lovely Creation! 💕 We truly appreciate your support and want every order to be a great experience.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Because our products are handmade and some are personalized specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please make sure all names, colors, designs, sizes, and other personalization details are correct before submitting your order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items are also final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at lovelycreationshop26@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the items you received so we can review the issue and assist you.
