Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days before shipping.

The processing time begins once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Personalized and made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on the item and the customization requested.

If additional time is needed for your order, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery times begin after your order has been shipped and depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please Note

The 5–7 business day processing time refers only to the time needed to prepare your order. It does not include the carrier's delivery time.

Weekends, holidays, carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final delivery date.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
